If your needs aren't being met, you can't figure out and achieve what you really want. And, if your needs aren't being met, it's because you're out of integrity somewhere, i.e. unfinished business, things hanging and dangling. So the idea is when you clear up the hanging dangling pieces, your needs are more easily met, and you can more readily figure out what you really want and how to achieve it. In other words, get rid of the static!
