
This program works with the individual to
recognize and enhance the attitudes, skills and abilities they already have to
focus on developing and increasing individual and organizational excellence..
Participants will learn to:
- Translate vision for the future into tangible results
- Communicate effectively
- Align the foci of others
- Match staff’s talents and strengths to the tasks necessary
to get things done
- Lead the development of solutions
- Create an environment in which everyone has the opportunity
to do work which matches his/her potential capabilities
- Manage time and energy
Participants will be asked to:
- Double their level of willingness
- Manage their own learning including homework assignments
- Do more than they would have done on their own
- Keep an open mind to the possibility they don’t know
everything there is to know
- Listen effectively
Participants will learn the 15 Leadership
Proficiencies, how to apply them personally and translate them when interacting
with staff
